Who We Are Documentary Viewing

Saturday, February 4th, 9 a.m. - 12 noon at the Mariemont Theater (6906 Wooster Pike)

The St. Barnabas Becoming Beloved Community Team is inviting you to join us for a morning of reflection as we watch the thought-provoking documentary film Who We Are: A Chronicle of Racism in America.

This film examines the history of racism in America with archival footage woven together with personal testimonies revealing stories of an often forgotten past, while pointing to our shared responsibility to create a better country in our lifetimes. As people of faith, we continue to seek ways to learn about the history and impacts of racism on our culture today and work towards building God's dream of Beloved Community in our time.

Following the movie, there will be a brief opportunity for conversation and reflection on this powerful documentary. This event is free and open to friends and others beyond St. Barnabas. Snacks will be provided, although feel free to bring your own favorite snacks and drinks as well! Please RSVP by signing up below.
